The Shaler Area Wrestling Board and Coaches are excited to present our wrestlers with a custom meal plan and overview. We are incredibly grateful to Cam Loughran for spending time developing this plan for our wrestlers. Cam's Bio

I’m Cameron Loughran, owner of Team Optimism. I started out as a multi-sport athlete in high school and turned to weightlifting my sophomore year. I decided to stop playing sports and focused on becoming a pro athlete in the bodybuilding world. After a decade in the industry, I left home and went to Florida to live and train in one of the world's biggest competitive pools for bodybuilding. I have competed in 5 shows in 4 years with no less than second place, two first-place finishes, and an overall show winner. I placed second in the biggest competition in Florida for amateurs. I’m looking to compete nationally for my first attempt this upcoming year for my professional card and competing in the IFBB.My goal with Team Optimism is to do exactly what the name says, providing optimism and confidence in my team and athletes alongside me. My goal is to inform and share my knowledge in the sports field and with bodybuilding competitors or people looking to change their lifestyle through activity and diet. I aspire to work fully from Team Optimism and make it my full-time passion and competing on the side as a professional.
